During the Visual Analytics for Business Intelligence class, we did some very interesting tasks. For the second task, the professor gave us a bunch of raw and uncleaned data. Before data visualization, the hardest part is to cleaning the data. Sometimes, we can't get the cleaned data directly. Then we need to clean, format and even reorganize it, because
"Evil is in the data."
After we prepared the data so hard, then we had to choice a tool to do data visualization. There are so many great tools available. However, not everyone is suitable for your project. Here's a great blog named WHAT I LEARNED RECREATING ONE CHART USING 24 TOOLS also talking about this. In my assignment, I compared TIBCO, High-D and Mondrian.
