POSITION SUMMARY:
To deliver world class presales technical support on alldeals within respective market to support the successful development of Qlikbusiness and contribute to the achievement of the Qlik business objectives,increasing market share and over achiving against revenue targets in China.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS according to Strategic Business Plan
· Partnereffectively with sales in account development and playing an active businessand technical lead role in the sales process for all customer engagements anddeals for the respective market segment
· Performpresentations, training on Qlik Sense & QlikView within theprospect/customer environment
· Bean evangelist in the execution of the Seeing is Believing (SiB) event for allnew customers and act as a product evangelist on all deals
· Analysecustomer requirements and develop robust commercial proposals of the technicalsolution
· Oversee,lead and manage all client engagements and projects from a technical standpoint
· Understandour customers’ pains and translate those into viable solutions for the businessmaximizing potential to sell
· PrepareRFPs, RFIs and all other business and technical enquiries
· Liaiseand partner very closely with the sales organisation to support deal successwithin the market segment
· Maintaina solid technical understanding of the Qlik Sense/QlikView in conjunction withbusiness benefits and unique business proposition
· Beresponsible for the quality and success of technical presales activity withinthe customer environment
· Managethe balance between customer expectations and delivering projects while beingresponsive to Qlik needs
· Manageand own all technical issues that may arise during the buying cycle
· Conveykey differences/USPs of Qlik Sense/QlikView versus the competitive landscapeand other respective offerings
· Assistsales teams in building a compelling business case and ROI for theprospect/customer
· Actas an internal advocate for the customer/prospect
· Buildrobust and successful relationships within the customer base that are based ontrust and deliver the highest level of customer service
· EducateSales teams on existing and new offerings and focus on quality and success oftechnical presales processes and methodologies.
· Track,maintain and report presales metrics in accordance with company policy
· Adopt,maintain and encourage Qlik Core Values and culture in all business activity
· Assistin the internal knowledge transfer across the broader Qlik business.
· Developstrong relationships internally across sales teams and other functions tosupport success on driving/closing deals.
· Participatein seminars, trade shows and other marketing programmes in order to promoteQlik awareness among partner/customer communities.
