职位描述：
1. Managing team of 2-4 people
2. Applying advanced analytics,performing data discovery and visualization to support bank-wide decisionmaking.
3. Driving the collection of new dataand reviewing of the existing data sources
4. Designing and developing dataproducts and predictive models for improvement of risk performance.
5. Working closely with other riskmanagement teams on application of insights drawn from analyses.
6. Preparing business requirements forIT changes required for implementation of predictive models.
7. Building monitoring and reportingprocesses embedded as part of this framework.
背景要求：
1. University graduate, preferably withmajor in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer or Information Science
2. Experience from financialinstitution & working in a different country are a big advantage
3. Experience with managing a smallteam
技能要求：
1. Fluent English (oral and written)
2. 5+ years experience in developmentand maintenance of predictive models and/or machine learning algorithms
3. Experience working with large datasets on distributed computing systems and working with BigData; in particularknowledge of Hadoop, Hive, HBase, Pig, MapReduce, NoSQL
4. Expert knowledge of SQL/Oracle,data-mining/statistical software – SAS, SPSS, Matlab, R; knowledge oftext-mining is a plus.
5. Experience with online datacollection and usage of third-party API
6. Expertise in Python, knowledge of atleast one other programming language – Perl, Java, PHP, Bash etc..
7. Excellent communication,presentation, and negotiation skills
8. Good analytical thinking and projectmanagement
9. Open-minded and persistent
