SQL Server 2008公司域用户如何配置邮件功能

但是我是公司域用户，用这个方法配置后发测试邮件无法成功。
求助各路大侠~
错误日志如下：
12/29/2014 11:13:15,,Error,27,The mail could not be sent to the recipients because of the mail server failure. (Sending Mail using Account 2 (2014-12-29T11:13:15). Exception Message: Could not connect to mail server. (由于目标机器积极拒绝，无法连接。 ).
