BIEE展示服务启动问题

BIEE的展现服务启动down了，是才安装的不过在安装过成中出现了个错误 我就继续安装了，但最后查看进程是展现服务down了，求帮忙解决

instances\instance1\diagnostics\logs\OracleBIPresentationServicesComponent\coreapplication_obips1\sawlog0.log 该日志文件的错误信息如下：

em 的登录界面是出来了但是 始终无法登录进去，输入账户密码后无任何信息提示
服务启动后 发现2个黑窗体怎么是同个地址下的呢截图见附件，麻烦帮忙看看，非常感谢.........
