IE环境下可以在表格外先点击左键， 然后移动鼠标选择行数据（到单元格好像不行），ctrl+c就可以了。
Firefox和Chrome目前还不行。

The enhancement requests are currently under review by Oracle OBIEE Development.
In the meantime, the following workarounds are available.
If using Internet Explorer browser, you may do the following:
Place the mouse cursor in area outside the view and click once to shift focus.
Then drag the mouse across the view to highlight the data you want to copy.
Use control+C, or copy, from the edit menu or right mouse menu to copy the text to the clipboard.
If using Firefox or Chrome browser, or if above steps fail to work, you may try one of the following workarounds:
Open the dashboard or report and export to PDF file. Then copy the cells from PDF.
Export the dashboard or report to an Excel file. Then copy the cells from Excel.
