BIEE 11G启动与卸载

安装BIEE11G成功后可以登录前端界面。
后手动启动biee，报如下错误

于是按照报错信息，修改了所有的boot.property文件密码，还是不能启动，该如何处理。

如无法处理，该如何彻底卸载BIEE 11G(自己以前有卸载过，每次卸载不彻底，最终都是重装系统，然后重装BIEE)，有按照
http://hi.baidu.com/loveziyi88 ... ef3af 进行删除，
卸载 Deinstall instances managed by a WebLogic domain 时就失败了。
求大神指教详细方法
