Cognos启动报错0103，急！

Cognos已经安装几年了，使用一直没什么问题。前几天突然不好使了，发现内容库测试有问题，是用户名密码过期了，但是改过之后虽然内容库测试通过，但是报错0106.然后把启动等待时间延长，报错变为0103.请各位大神指教，不胜感激！！
