    Thanks for your comments.

    I have followed the steps below but still getting the error

    1) Modified Instanceconfig.xml file with SMTP server details located at 
    BI installation Drive\instances\instance1\config\OracleBISchedulerComponent\ coreapplication_obisch1

    2) Modified biee-domain.xml file with same details located at
    BI installation Drive\user_projects\domains\bifoundation_domain\config\fmwconfig

    3) After completion for configuring instanceconfig.xml and biee-domain.xml mails added the mail details in Enterprise Manager under the link http://localhost:7001/em under deployment --> Mail

    4) restarted BI Scheduler Services

    5) Dashboard --> Weblogic Account --> Added Email Id

    6) Agent Recipient Mail Id and Destination as email devices

    Please let me know if I am missing any steps to follow which causes this error

    提示说你的mail版本不对，查一下mail的版本啊？
